About the Event
This workshop will be lead by designer and yoga instructor Juliana Luna as well as artist and educator Sofie Dieu.
Through drought and recurring bushfires, senses are highly stimulated and often overwhelmed. How to bring sensory awareness in every day life for a holistic creative practice?
You will discover a range of meditative activities that will support you and those engaged to reconnect with your five senses.
Clues on how to share these activities with family, in the workplace, with children and with the community will be discussed in groups.
Participants will be given time to reflect in their journal and think of a way to use the shared ideas and suggested activities as part of their creative journey.
